Approve only journeys the company can operate safely and on time. Rejection starts the controlled refund process.
You can view this queue, but your role does not have permission to decide feasibility.

After you call the driver, enter the confirmed name, contact and vehicle details manually. The customer receives exactly what you save.
You can view dispatch status, but your role does not have permission to enter driver details or change ride stages.
Cancellation requests

If a paid request fails Air Pickup’s feasibility review, Air Pickup rejects the ride and starts a full refund through the original payment route.
↺
You need to cancel
Open the secure trip page and send a cancellation request. The request is reviewed against the terms shown in your checkout and confirmation.
⌁
Crypto refund
For crypto payments, you may need to choose a compatible asset/network and provide a wallet address after an eligible refund is approved.
?
Need help now?
For a safety, driver, duplicate-payment or route issue, contact support with the booking reference rather than submitting repeated payment attempts.
1. Submit a request
Use the secure trip page.
Open the trip page from your booking confirmation, select “Request cancellation,” choose a reason and add helpful context. This records the request and keeps the booking reference attached to it.
Do not email verification codes, card data, crypto seed phrases or private keys to support. A cancellation request does not automatically cancel the ride or issue a refund.
2. Operational review
Air Pickup checks the current ride state.
The team checks whether a driver was assigned or dispatched, the time remaining, the route, payment status and any applicable mandatory rights. The final outcome is recorded in the booking and, where applicable, in the refund record.
Exact customer-cancellation windows, fees and exceptions must be displayed before payment and in the confirmation for the relevant service/location. They cannot be inferred from a generic web page.
3. Eligible refunds
Refunds follow the original payment route.
Approved card refunds are submitted through the original Stripe payment record. Card issuers and banks can take additional processing time after Air Pickup submits a refund.
For crypto payments, Air Pickup presents only the provider-supported asset/network options. You must check the destination address and any memo/tag before submitting it; transfers on the wrong network cannot generally be reversed.
4. Feasibility rejection
Full refund when Air Pickup rejects a paid request.
When Air Pickup cannot operate a paid ride safely or reliably, the booking is marked rejected/cancelled and the full paid amount is queued for refund. The trip page shows the current refund state.
If the payment provider needs more information, such as a crypto destination, Air Pickup requests it through the secure trip page—not through unsolicited messages.
Questions
Cancellation FAQs
The confirmed booking terms and mandatory law apply to each journey.
Can I change my pickup time or destination?
Contact Air Pickup as early as possible. A change is subject to operational feasibility and may need a new quote or payment confirmation. Do not assume a change is accepted until Air Pickup confirms it.
Why is my cancellation marked “requested”?
Air Pickup separates a customer request from the final operational and refund decision. This protects riders, drivers and payment records when a ride is close to pickup or already assigned.
What if I see a duplicate card charge?
Do not pay again. Contact support with the booking reference, transaction date and last four digits only. Air Pickup will compare authorizations and completed payments with the provider record.
What if my flight changes?
Tell Air Pickup promptly through the booking or support flow. Flight monitoring helps only when your flight was provided and the service supports it; it does not itself accept a new pickup time or guarantee a driver.
What if I feel unsafe?
If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Do not enter a vehicle that does not match your trip page. Then report the issue through support with the booking reference.
For business, partnership, press, careers and general enquiries. For an existing trip, support is the faster route.
Send a message
We will route your message to the appropriate team. Do not send account passwords, verification codes, full card details, crypto seed phrases or private keys.
This notice explains how Air Pickup legal entity pending uses cookies, browser storage and similar technologies. It must be aligned with the final consent-management configuration and all technologies actually deployed before launch.
What cookies are
Cookies are small browser files. Browser storage can serve similar functions. They help a site remember security, session and preference information. Some third parties may set their own technologies when their services are used.
Necessary technologies
Air Pickup may use strictly necessary technologies for security, authentication, booking progress, fraud prevention, language/theme preferences, form accessibility and payment/session continuity. These are used to provide a requested service and may not require consent where law allows, but must still be disclosed.
Functional services
Maps, routing, airport/flight information and payment providers may use their own technical storage when you choose to use those services. Air Pickup should load them only when needed for a booking/service function and include the provider in its final cookie and vendor inventory.
Analytics and marketing
Air Pickup must not enable non-essential analytics, advertising, replay, fingerprinting or marketing technologies until a compliant consent mechanism, vendor list, purpose description and withdrawal controls are deployed for the relevant jurisdiction. At the time this notice was prepared, those controls remain a launch requirement.
Managing preferences
Your browser can delete or block cookies, though necessary features may stop working. When Air Pickup introduces optional technologies, the site must provide an accessible cookie-preferences control that records and honours your choices. Questions about privacy can be sent to .
Updates
The cookie inventory changes when providers or features change. Air Pickup will update this notice and the consent controls before introducing new non-essential technologies.

Air Pickup legal entity pending is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Contact: . Registered address: Registered address pending.
This notice covers the Air Pickup website, guest bookings, staff operations, support, payments and transport records. It is designed for a Switzerland-based business serving customers internationally. It must be reviewed and finalised for the locations in which Air Pickup operates, including any Swiss, EU/EEA, UK, US or other local privacy requirements that apply.
1. Data we process
Depending on how you use Air Pickup, we process:
Account and contact data: name, email, mobile/WhatsApp number, account identifiers, authentication events, language and communication preferences.
Booking and trip data: pickup/destination details, flight number for airport pickups, scheduled time, vehicle preference, passenger/luggage count, instructions, route/pricing traces, booking status and customer-support messages.
Location data: location and address information only where needed to quote, dispatch, operate, support or protect a specific ride. Driver/vehicle location must be governed by an approved operational policy.
Payment data: payment provider references, payment/refund status, amount, currency and receipt data. Air Pickup does not intentionally store full card numbers, CVC values, payment authentication secrets, crypto seed phrases or private keys.
Driver and partner data: identity, contact, driving-licence, insurance, vehicle, availability, compliance and assignment information needed to assess and operate transport services.
Technical data: device/browser, IP/security logs, session data, cookies and diagnostics needed to secure and operate the site.
2. Why we use personal data
Air Pickup uses data to provide and secure the service, including verifying contacts, creating a quote, taking payment, reviewing feasibility, assigning a driver, sending essential updates, handling refunds, responding to support, preventing fraud, maintaining accounting/audit records, and complying with legal, safety and transport obligations.
The precise legal basis varies by country and processing purpose. It may include taking steps for a requested service or contract, meeting legal obligations, protecting vital/safety interests, legitimate business/security interests, or consent where required. Air Pickup must document the approved basis, notices and any required consent before launch.
3. Sharing and international transfers
Air Pickup shares only the necessary information with providers that help deliver the service, such as payment processors (including Stripe and a configured crypto provider), identity/authentication and cloud providers (including Supabase), email/WhatsApp providers, mapping/routing and flight-data providers, and the driver or transport partner assigned to the ride. A driver receives only trip and customer contact details needed to perform the ride.
These providers and drivers may process data outside your country. Before launch, Air Pickup must establish appropriate transfer safeguards, data-processing agreements, subprocessor records and any country-specific notices required for each provider and service area.
4. Retention and security
Air Pickup retains data only for as long as needed for the ride, support, safety, legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute purposes. Exact retention periods must be approved in the company’s data-retention schedule before launch and may differ by record type and country.
Air Pickup uses access controls, encrypted transport, least-privilege roles, payment-provider tokenisation, audit records, verification controls and operational safeguards. No system is completely risk-free. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card data, seed phrases or private keys through support channels.
5. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or a review of certain decisions. You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority. Switzerland’s Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) and, where relevant, the authority in your place of residence may be relevant.
To make a request, contact and include enough information to verify your identity without sending sensitive payment credentials. We may need to retain limited information where law permits or requires it.
6. Updates
Air Pickup may revise this notice for legal, security, provider or service changes. The version and effective date above identify the current published notice. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
Choose a supported asset and network, then enter a wallet address you control. We pass the address directly to the payment provider and do not store it in your Air Pickup booking record.
Checking your secure refund request…
Before you continueCrypto transfers are irreversible. Check the asset, network and address carefully. Sending funds to the wrong network or address can permanently lose them.
Know what to check before pickup, how to share your trip, what information Air Pickup can help with, and what to do if something does not feel right.
Immediate danger
Call local emergency services first.
Air Pickup support cannot replace police, medical or civil-protection responders. Once you are safe, contact Air Pickup and share your booking reference so our team can document and follow up on the incident.
Local numberUse the emergency number for your current country or region.
Airport or hotel staffIf you are unsure which number to call, ask nearby trained staff to contact local responders.
Safe public placeMove somewhere staffed before contacting Air Pickup when it is safe to do so.
Emergency numbers differ by country and can change. Air Pickup does not publish a single worldwide number; use the one confirmed for your present location.
A safer journey
What Air Pickup and you can do
Good safety is a shared routine: verified operations, clear trip information and simple ways to ask for help.
01
Before the ride
Air Pickup should only activate chauffeurs and vehicles after the required identity, licence, insurance and vehicle checks for the service location.
Keep your phone number and pickup instructions current.
Tell us about accessibility needs or child-seat requirements before payment.
For airport trips, add accurate flight details when the booking form offers them.
02
At pickup
Use the details in your confirmation, not a stranger’s claim, to identify the correct ride.
Match the chauffeur name, vehicle make/model and registration plate.
At an airport or port, stay in the agreed meeting area and use the meet-and-greet instructions.
If the details do not match, do not enter. Move to a staffed public place and contact support.
03
During the ride
Your confirmation and live trip page give you a reference point for the route and the latest status Air Pickup has received.
Share trip details with someone you trust.
Use the trip page to review the status, route, driver and vehicle information.
For urgent danger, call emergency services from the emergency card or your local responders.
04
After the ride
Reporting helps Air Pickup act on unsafe conduct, lost items, vehicle issues and service problems.
Save the booking reference until the trip is closed.
Use support to report an incident or lost item as soon as possible.
Rate the ride honestly; do not post private personal information.
↗
Share your trip
From your trip page, share the route, date and booking reference with a trusted contact. The share action does not expose driver contact details.
Air Pickup should only show the trip and driver information needed to operate your booking. Never send a password, one-time code or full card number to support.
If the situation is urgent, use emergency services first. These answers are a practical guide, not a replacement for local responders or professional advice.
What if the chauffeur or vehicle does not match?
Do not enter the vehicle. Keep your belongings with you, move to a staffed public area, and contact Air Pickup support with your booking reference and the details you can safely observe. If you feel threatened, call emergency services first.
What if my flight is delayed?
If flight details were included in the booking, Air Pickup can use them to coordinate the pickup when the service supports flight monitoring. Contact support as soon as you know the change; do not assume a new pickup time is confirmed until Air Pickup replies.
What should I do if I leave something in the vehicle?
Open support and include the booking reference, approximate time, item description and a safe way to contact you. Do not share payment credentials or sensitive identity documents.
Can I request accessibility help or a child seat?
Tell Air Pickup before payment in the special-notes or support flow. Availability depends on the route, vehicle and local requirements; wait for written confirmation before relying on a specific accommodation.
How do I report unsafe conduct?
If there is immediate danger, call local emergency services first. Once safe, contact support with the trip reference, time, location and a factual description. Air Pickup can review the booking, assignment and operational records.
If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the official emergency services for your location first. Air Pickup support is not a replacement for emergency responders.

Policy version 2026-08-23-launch · Effective Pending legal approval
Legal configuration is loading…
These terms describe the Air Pickup booking platform operated by Air Pickup legal entity pending, established in Switzerland. They apply when you browse the site, request a ride, or use an authorized staff workspace. Mandatory consumer, passenger-transport, privacy, payment and safety laws in your location continue to apply and take priority where they cannot legally be excluded.
1. Service and booking flow
Air Pickup helps customers request airport pickups and city-to-city rides. A request identifies the route, scheduled pickup, vehicle class, passenger details and, for airport pickups, flight information where required. The service is not an emergency transport service.
Before a ride is accepted, Air Pickup displays the journey details and the amount to be paid. You must review them carefully. Submitting payment creates a paid request that remains subject to Air Pickup’s operational feasibility review. A ride is accepted for dispatch only when Air Pickup confirms it is feasible; a payment confirmation alone is not a promise that a driver has been assigned.
You must provide truthful and current information, including a reachable email address and WhatsApp-capable mobile number. Air Pickup verifies both contacts for each booking. You are responsible for ensuring that the pickup, destination, flight and passenger information are correct.
2. Prices, taxes and payment
The total shown before payment is the amount charged for the requested journey under the active rate card, including disclosed taxes and mandatory charges that Air Pickup can determine at that time. Any customer-requested route, time, vehicle or service change must be accepted by Air Pickup and may require a new price and consent before payment.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Air Pickup does not receive or store full card numbers, CVC values or card authentication secrets. If you choose crypto payment, the hosted payment provider displays the available networks and exchange/payment details. Crypto network fees, confirmations and provider rules may affect processing; never send a payment from an unsupported network or amount after the hosted invoice expires.
Payment currency and tax treatment depend on the selected service, route and applicable legal/tax rule. Exchange-rate or presentment-currency information shown by a payment provider does not change the underlying booking record unless the final payment record expressly confirms it.
3. Feasibility review, cancellation and refunds
Air Pickup reviews each paid request for driver availability, lawful routing, timing, vehicle suitability, safety and operational capacity. If Air Pickup approves the request, it moves to dispatch. If Air Pickup rejects it as infeasible, Air Pickup starts a full refund for the affected paid booking through the original payment route, subject to provider processing requirements.
For card payments, the refund is submitted to the original card/payment method through the payment provider. For crypto payments, Air Pickup may need you to securely provide a compatible wallet address and network before the provider can send the refund. Crypto transfers are irreversible; you are responsible for checking the selected asset, network, address and any required memo/tag. Air Pickup never asks for a seed phrase or private key.
Customer-initiated cancellation requests are reviewed against the terms displayed during checkout and your booking confirmation, together with any mandatory legal rights. The current cancellation and refund policy explains the process. A request is not automatically a completed cancellation or a promise of a refund.
4. Accounts, verification and communications
Customers book without an account and verify the contact details attached to each booking. Authorized staff must keep workspace credentials confidential, use a strong unique password, and report suspected unauthorized access immediately. Do not share verification codes with any person, including someone claiming to represent Air Pickup.
You agree that Air Pickup may send essential transactional messages about a booking, payment, feasibility decision, refund, safety issue or account security by email and WhatsApp. Marketing messages require any consent required by applicable law and must offer an appropriate way to opt out.
5. Safety and conduct
Riders, drivers and staff must behave lawfully, respectfully and safely. Fraud, harassment, discrimination, threats, intoxicated or unsafe conduct, damage, carrying prohibited items, and misuse of the platform are not permitted. Air Pickup may pause, restrict or terminate access while it investigates a safety, fraud or compliance issue.
Before entering a vehicle, match the driver and vehicle details shown in the secure trip page. If anything does not match or you feel unsafe, do not enter; move to a safe public place and contact local emergency services if there is immediate danger, then notify Air Pickup support.
6. Drivers and transport partners
Drivers and transport partners must maintain the licences, insurance, registrations, safety checks and permissions required for the services and locations in which they operate. A driver’s use of the driver workspace does not replace any legal or contractual requirement. Air Pickup may require identity, licence, insurance, vehicle and background documentation where lawful and appropriate.
Driver availability shown in the operations workspace is a dispatch control, not a guarantee of a booking. Air Pickup may replace a driver or vehicle where required for safety, legality or service continuity.
7. Data, third parties and intellectual property
Air Pickup processes personal data as described in the privacy notice and uses cookies or similar technologies as described in the cookie notice. Payment providers, communications providers, mapping/routing services, cloud infrastructure providers, drivers and transport partners may process only the information needed to perform their part of the service and as permitted by law.
The Air Pickup site, branding and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service except where a non-excludable law permits it.
8. Legal terms, changes and contact
Any limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute-resolution or governing-law clause must be interpreted subject to mandatory law. The intended governing-law statement is: Applicable mandatory law and the final published terms. Air Pickup may update these terms for legal, safety, service or operational reasons. Material changes apply prospectively and will be communicated where required by law.
